The assessment and subsequent diagnostic impression is the foundation of an efficient and effective treatment plan. Sufficient time is required to decipher symptoms, evaluate stressors and pharmacological interactions, and draw out latent experiences. In this process of discovery, we begin to understand the person and how they will react to various treatment methods.
